JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide production support to the creative department, through the delivery of high-quality property marketing collateral. Central to this role is the ability to form productive working relationships across the sales, PM & creative teams. The role requires high attention to detail, excellent organisational skills & the ability to deliver consistently in a fast pace environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the CD
- Managing stakeholders & marketing tools to produce high quality property marketing collateral
- Tasks will include creating online listings, brochures, signboards & print ads
- Producing weekly property booklet within brand guidelines
- Supporting brand projects & initiatives
- Assist in creating print & digital marketing materials within deadlines
- Develop & maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders & external suppliers
- Assist with implementation & execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage admin paperwork & corporate marketing needs of the company

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Agency experience is essential
- Must be flexible regarding hours when meeting deadlines
- Will suit candidates with an appreciation of art, design, dining & leisure
- Strong layout skills, conceptual design & an eye for detail
- The ability to take a project from initial brief to print-ready finished artwork
- Some video editing skills & photography experience would be highly regarded
- Be familiar with designing for the digital space
- Project management skills to manage weekly flow of deadlines
- A team player helping the organisation to succeed
