Director & Talent Manager
Matt's a creative who made an accidental & unexpected shift into recruitment. He’s now managed Creative Recruitment agencies since 2007 with previous roles in Creative Direction, Producing, Graphic Design & TV Art Depts.
Away from work, Matt can be found hanging out with his wife & 2 girls, cheering on the Eels in the footy, gardening or holding onto a fading rock 'n' roll dream.
Monika's efficient & easy going communication style will leave you wondering why all recruitment agencies can't be like Swoop.
She'll set you in the right direction should you require our services & maybe even shout you a coffee.
On her days off, Monika loves cooking up a storm, watching dodgy reality TV & planning day trips & restaurant visits with her lovely family of 4.
recruitment & marketing Manager
Nat keeps Swoop on the straight & narrow, juggling recruitment & marketing duties in her calm & helpful manner.
Strong project management skills see her excel when handling briefs, registrations & interviews all at once.
On weekends you'll most likely find Nat outdoors at the beach,
exploring mountains, patting random dogs or stalking llamas.
Wilma really knows her numbers & makes sure they all add up perfectly at Swoop.
In a creative world like ours, someone needs to maintain the balance & Wilma's years of accounts & recruitment finance experience are really paying off.
In her spare time Wilma enjoys bushwalking & travelling on adventurous treks through small villages or gorges.
Annabel is a genuine creative with friendly & astute interviewing skills that ensure our clients are always served the best creative talent available.
When the need arises, she’ll call on her experience to guide & develop new talent along the way.
Outside of Swoop you’ll find Annabel keeping fit to keep up with her busy family or browsing Instagram for a little inspiration.
Jasmin's Motion Graphic & Creative Recruitment experience offer plenty to all talent aiming to advance their career.
Agencies & candidates alike will enjoy her enthusiasm discussing the technical aspects of their brief or showreel.
When not burrowed down in AfterEffects, Jas prefers her art a little more left of field. She is also a crazy cat lady.
