Matt Lobina: Director & Head of Talent
Matt Lobina is a highly regarded & experienced creative industry professional who was born & raised in Sydney, Australia.
After graduating with a Fine Arts degree (and a few months of backpacking), Matt found freelance Art Department work in commercial film & television before eventually falling in love with Graphic Design & Art Direction.
Over the years, his career progressed & evolved into multidisciplinary roles within Creative Direction & Digital Producing along with further professional experience in UI, UX, Copywriting, Retouching, Finished Art & illustration. All of which he still actively continues to work in.
Eventually Matt was head-hunted by ambitious Creatives with the to disrupt recruitment in the Design & Advertising Industry. He eventually moved on and in 2014 and founded his own specialist Creative Recruitment Agency, The Swoop Inn.
Away from Swoop, Matt can be found hanging out with his 2 awesome daughters, cheering on his beloved Parramatta Eels or clinging to a rapidly fading dream of rock & roll stardom.
