Matt Lobina
Director & Head of Talent
Matt’s a highly regarded & experienced creative industry professional who was born & raised in Sydney.
After graduating with a degree in Fine Arts (and a few months of backpacking), he found work in Film & TV via varied freelance contracts. Matt eventually fell in love with Graphic Design and over the years, progressed into Creative Direction & Digital Producing roles before being kidnapped by Creative Recruiters. Once he eventually escaped in 2014, he founded his own specialist Creative Recruitment Agency, The Swoop Inn.
Away from Swoop, Matt can be found running a Dad’s taxi service for his 2 awesome daughters, cheering on his beloved Parramatta Eels in the footy or clinging to a rapidly fading dream of rock & roll stardom.
