We currently have an exciting permanent position available for an Office Manager as well as a variety of similar freelance/temp roles across Admin & Office Support. This particular permanent position is with an Advertising Agency based in South Sydney working across retail, health & lifestyle brands.

Due to growth they are looking for a new team member who is able to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a friendly, creative team & take charge of all office management & admin duties.

- Strong administrative & problem-solving skills
- Experience organising meetings, travel & staff events
- A basic level of proficiency in Xero
- A skillset including data entry & preparing reports
- Weekly invoicing, accounts payable/receivable exp.
