POSITION: Experiential Event & Spatial Designer (senior)
SALARY: $100-110k + super (pending exp.)
START: ASAP, Aug/Sep latest
HOURS: Full-time / Monday to Friday
WHERE: Work from home
CLIENT: Brand Activation & Event Production
SKILLS: 3D rendering tools (such as Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, Lumion, Enscape or similar)
BRANDS: Retail / corporate / event / alcohol / entertainment / gaming / film / kids toys
DETAILS:
• Background in events, live production, exhibition, staging, or a closely related construction/fit-out environment
• Solid understanding of temporary structures, event infrastructure and the practical realities of fabrication, without being an engineer
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and work to tight production timelines
• Experience in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD, with a portfolio of technical drawing work
• Strong attention to detail and spatial reasoning
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Production drawings, engineering documentation and BIM workflows an advantage
• Experience reading and producing engineering or structural documentation
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and WHS requirements as they relate to temporary event structures
Advanced InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
Exp. designing print docs, POS & packaging
Strong Finished Art skills
Exp. creating & working with digital assets
